Our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because of their downloadable nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical issues or duplicate payments.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You never received the download link or had trouble accessing your product (and we can verify it).

There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from receiving your purchase.
Refund requests for any other reason, such as a change of mind, misunderstanding of the product description, or lack of usage, cannot be accepted due to the nature of digital goods.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several days for the amount to reflect in your account.
