Our products are digital and are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases such as duplicate purchases or verified technical issues.

All purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad, and applicable refunds are also subject to Gumroad’s policies and procedures.

Please review the product description and details carefully before making a purchase. If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered in circumstances such as:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• You did not receive or cannot access the purchased digital product.
• A verified technical issue prevented you from receiving or accessing your purchase.

Refunds generally cannot be provided simply because of a change of mind, failure to use the product, or expectations that differ from information clearly provided in the product description.

 

How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact us at contact@nextgen-freelancer.com within 7 days of purchase and provide:

• Your name and the email address used for the purchase.
• Your Gumroad receipt or transaction/order information.
• A brief description of the issue.

We will review the request and assist you with the appropriate next steps. Because purchases are processed through Gumroad, refund processing may also be handled through the Gumroad platform.

 

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on Gumroad and the relevant payment provider.
